Welcome to A Twenty Something Mum Blog!

A Twenty Something Mum - Welcome! This is the blog (daily ramblings/observations) of your normal twenty something single Mummy! I love to write, paint, learn, listen, watch and bake cupcakes. Yup just your average Mummy in an average household!

Little Dish Taste Tester

Earlier this year I entered Josh in to a competition with Little Dish to be one of their 2012 Taste Testers and a little while ago we received an email telling us he had been hand picked to be one of six testers for this year! We are very happy about this!

Little Dish is a brand I really do rate highly, it's a brand I used before the competition so I am happy to recommend it. They make toddler meals from 100% natural ingrediants and never add salt or sugar. This is important to me because I never cook with salt at home. I also like to know if I can't make somethng from fresh for Josh to eat that at least I have an alternative that's just as healthy and good for him. Basically it reassures me that I have an alternative that's not brimming full of aditives and lots of nasties!

At the moment Little Dish have 12 yummy dishes to choose from and Joshua is a big fan of their Chicken and Butternut Squash pie! It's one of his favourites and all of their dishes are so quick and easy to prepare, you just pop them in the oven for 20 minutes of so and voila-ready to be enjoyed!

This year as a Tiny Taste Tester, Josh will be helping to test some of thier new receipe ideas and give his feedback on them and whether or not they should send them to the shelves! We are really looking forward to our first new taste session and will keep you posted on news from Little Dish! For now we are just really enjoying the welcome pack they sent us with lots of goodies! We got vouchers for some meals, cuddly toys, a book for Josh, a cool bag, some cordial-loads of lovely bits and pieces!
